Which is better in your opinion and which gives more gold?

Its actually the opposite.
Gold drops every boss round, whereas for deep marsh, you have to clear mobs before the bosses can spawn.

No jk Normal Gates FTW
TBH on an average run Deep can be done with random players in most cases & good GL.
But Elite Gates is different. You have to go deep into the waves to make it worth running because you don't get a chance for GL except on bosses & out of the first 10 waves their are only 2.
That's why I say normal Gates is good because you can take a random group & go 30 to 50 waves deep & depending on your GL make a nice profit. I usually make 300k to 500k for similar runs.
Just my suggestion if you have GL gear.
