It was available for tokens, and it was pretty cheap too. The Platinum reward that event was the Paracelsus Stone and Death’s Hand title.

The oldest banners I have is the winter frosty snowflake one 2014 i think, the one with a star and frost might be 2013.
I have the druid elond banner with the druid particle effect, brown, might be 2014. I'm super super jealous of the green version of that banner which is guess is 2013.
also i think i sold the ghost banner, stupid me lol

Its probably the Speed Demon banner.
Which is also the best looking banner in my opinion.
The banner itself was chosen through a design contest where it was given to those who had the best time during the 2013 (around june) timed run challenge.

i think that star banner is the winter before the frozen frontlines banner so 2013

I like the banner that is a green scarecrow , not the jewel scarecrow its a diffrent one it has a green effect looks so cool, i think zeus haed one
