I see a lot of negative comments about support but they helped me. Responded faster then I expected and worked with me to resolve an issue that was entirely my fault. Leaving this as a thank you to balance a little of the salt.

As i like to tell ppl "support will help u if u help them" meaning if u dont provide as much detail about the issue they wont know what the prob is, also sending multiple emails will only delay your request as it is labeled as spam. This is 1 of the many reasons ppl say support sucks, to me they operate at a fairly good rate (imagine how many ppl send emails to them per day and they have to reply) thkx for this post cappy

The vast majority of support complaints are people involved in shady behavior in one way or another, and they're usually complaining because they've already gotten a response, they just don't like it.
