I wonder whats special about the elite 76 arcs, I have only seen one in the game. I noticed they are a 1str 5dps difference which is trash. Does the proc have more power or something?
Yes to adding more recipes, its been a while and only 1 elite exists.

Yes to adding more recipes, its been a while and only 1 elite exists.Have no idea, but i am going to stick with my ebon aegis for sure
