Getting to the new level cap

So the experience needed was lowered but it there a faster way?
I don't mind grinding but every game I am in they kill 10 on the level and then they do it over again and it just becomes too tedious.
As of yet I haven't hit 1,0000
What is the best level from the new campaign and how many should you kill?

I am currently deep in research on the grinding methods and I am almost done. I will answer all the ?'s in it along with pros and cons, xp calculations, estimated times, etc. :)

Some guys do Mantle, some - Core - just first mobs in coridors, but u r right its quite repetetive...

So, my option is to run full maps. At least its interesting and the beaches of Voleria is beautiful!
