I want my god damned platinum back!

I have just bought 5.99gbp worth of platinum (75) and purchased warriors dark forest pack. It took away over 50 platinum when it said 10! I am upset and feel I have been scammed. Can someone please help me! I am not buying any more until this issue has been resolved. And trust me I buy alot!

Lol it happened to me like 20 times. I went to change char and rename was pressed by itself! I had to press home button every time so that the plat werent spent
