...the plate fragments needed to craft a L65 orlok armor? For L55 sets they come from the daily quests. For L60 sets you farm in the plat paid map for them. But for L65 sets I can't seem to figure it out.

Help please?

Those vampiric plat fibers can be crafted from The Blacksmith npc in towne by choosing crafting station option.
