Mana Regen

Does Mishi and Heroic Mishi have the same amount of mana regen when they are the same level? Lv 41 for example.

How about Breezaga and Heroic Breezaga?

Just in case it helps... H Mishi gives around 170-220 mana per second at level 41. It varies a lot but is still very good.
