Chat is chaotic. So many different things said its hard to sort through. If there was a way to change so that you can only read one section at a time like only pms or only normal chat it would be apprecialted. Or maybe a way to block out quic chats (so many selling this or that). There should be 4-5 options available. All chat, pms, quick chats (least important), guild chat, general chat. When in one of these options all other should be completely blocked out. And when in guild chat option /g should not be necesary. Also party chat should be available. 1 person should be host and lets you talk to a lelect party of people that you choose. /p for party chat. Would be like xbox live partys. A tab next to (or below) guild in friends menu. Would be like a secondaey guild.
