I can answer 26-35 starting out 26 is about the same more people now same pros. 30-35 lots more RUSHERS less people willing to help you out... That's all

I suggest you read the last 3 months of announcements and patches on the PL and/or SL board, whichever game you want to play, and however far back you need to go.
