ao3-iv just heard rumors about this, one of them being that it'll be released this Friday:D

Please note: that 1.3 client does not equal AO3 release.

1.3 got submitted to apple for approval yesterday or today according to pocket legends facebook page so now we just have to wait a week or 2 for apple to approve it, also the developers are aiming to get stat driven skill conversion out around the same time as 1.3 is approved.
