I am having problem buying platinum. I have enough money in my account to buy what I want within the game. Problem is, it's saying contacting iTunes and it's taking forever to go through so I can get the plat. I wanted the 30 plat one, can you help me with this please?

I had the same issue, it told me to contact iTunes support to complete the transaction, which didn't help at all, so what I had to do was purchase the platinum online. This doesn't really help you, but at least you know you aren't the only one having iTunes issues. Good luck sorting it out.

Probably best off going to support.spacetimestudios.com. Send a request and let them help.

In the meantime, search for similar threads and see what their fixes were. Yours may be similar.
