For some reason i cannot apload images in forums and that's why i shared these links. Did you try to click "download/изтегли" button?

You could try clearing your cache, and if that doesn't do it, try a different browser.

It turn into 300 bits .bin file
Try to crop your image in your gallery. It reduce your screenshot sice from mb to kb.
Max 800kb.
Just crop a little will do

Hard to say - 2 things it looks like it could potentially be are corrupted files (but if you cleared cache and saw it do a large 70+ pakfile patch on login, it probably isn't this), or graphics driver bugs that one browser hits and another doesn't.

Based on the screenshot, driver bugs seem more likely to be the issue, as the text display in particular looks like it's culling half of each triangle pair, and I can't think of any form of data corruption that would cause that particular artifact to appear.

You might try updating your machine's graphic drivers.
