Allowing for partial access to Consignment shop in Hardcore Mode

As of now the Consignment shop is off bounds in Hardcore Mode. But the shortcut to CS was a QoL upgrade to access it anytime, anywhere. So that should also be the case in Hardcore Mode without allowing​ for making any purchases. For players who frequent the auction it is very tedious to constantly keep switching between a softcore character and hardcore character just to view the stuff available in auction.

However this in itself does not add anything to HC mode. In order to add something meaningful to the mode, purchases can be off-limits, while listing things can be allowed. This will help the players to procure some gold and also give room to do the 3 Assets Achievement Points in the Mode

honestly just be able to trade between other hardcore players would be better.
i have looted things on my hardcore that id love to trade for gear for the class i actually play.
