You know how there is equipment like 'banded shield of strength' or 'fighting cap of power?'
Well, there should be one that could be like Banded shield of Destiny, and it should be pink. I'd not, it could stay as a white ;).
If Pink: 7% hit, 4 m/s, 3 h/s, 7 INT, 7 STR.
If White: Idk, you decide ;).

They won't release new item's until ao3 anyway. But hey! You're being creative so good job. You never know the devs might do this!

I have no problem with the idea in general, but there have never been any items with boosts to more than 1 primary attribute (Str, Dex, or Int). So were you intending for this to be a mage class of items or warrior, or universal (which have always been single campaign classes)?

I like the idea of two attribute boosts, although they should be balanced with items that boost a single stat IMO, say items now boost +8, a dual stat item could do 1/7, 2/6, 3/5 or 4/4. Would be nice to have a pink with +hit also.

Well, just so you guys know, destiny means events that are sure to happen.
That sounds very heroic (I'm not a nerd in legendary stories) and I believe that should have some sort of extra capability. Don't you agree?

I think the most legendary loot should all be uniquely named, not - Prefix Item Name of Suffix

Actually, I wanted to post screenshot but I was lazy. if you happen to get the items in AO2 level 3, just look at the stats and it supports two attributes. ;).
