You can't yet, but when you can, it will probably be done like it was in PL when SL was launching - via your character interface in PL (and in this case, also in SL).

Awesome wallpapers, I just would like to ask if you can post in any higher res. I prefer not underutilizing my iPad Retina, so anything 2056 and up would be highly appreciated. I also enjoy cropping and editing images so the higher the resolution the better.
