PvP and elite weapons

Is it ever gonna come back as it was at 41-46? will there be any aura for new weapons lvl 76 arcane weapons elite versions so it's kinda worth it to craft the elite one at least or make a new tier of that weapon (ultra elite) add way higher stats with a very good looking aura to the sword or something (got bored of vanitys) for example dark watch sword
