Why do Twilight locks still drop throughout arlor?

This could be a bug by any chance? Since shouldn't be the latest expansion lock be the default? which are Valley locks?

Not a bug - get the Valley ones in their expansion zones, just like last expansion.

then why do we get marshland crate instead of "locked twilight crate"/"massive locked twilight crate" in mausoleum maps? (atm in mausoleum maps we can get only Large twilight crate or marshland)

Because that's how the design team wanted it at the time?
