Yeah - some of these were made available early by mistake. They will be widely available in the vendor on Thursday.

Sts ? ... are you missing this opportunity? ... 100’s of players came back for this 10 yr BD ... I know “new” PL is event driven now, but if ever there was an opportunity for renewed interest in PL ... its now.
It was advertised as a “loot or leaderboard” event.
Put the loot drop rate back where it was when the event started ... STS has “catered” to 20-25 players enough in this event.
Help the people that came back With loot, leveling, more options at the vendor “crazy Abe” for the 100’s that returned, at least make the attempt now to get them to stick around again.

Seems kinda flaw adding the classic plat sets at end of the event to vendor.. like how were more than half of us supposed to know to save 2,500 tokens? Now we have to spend plat or buy with gold.

To be fair, the OP (posted three days ago) indicates that the Platinum Classic items would be available starting today through the 26th in the very first line:

There were players such as myself who assumed that the Platinum Classic sets would only be available to purchase for 300 plat considering the Platinum Ranger set was made available early and was only offered through a 300 platinum purchase rather than for tokens. Had I known the Platinum Classic sets were also going to be available for 2500 tokens after the event had ended, I would have saved up. It seems these sets were a late addition to the vendor and there was a lack of information about them and confusion surrounding them considering the Ranger one was made available early on.

I guess I'll try to be more prepared next time and save more tokens in case a late addition to the vendor is added again.

Yeah the Ranger and Rhino sets that came out over the weekend on the vendor were a mistake - none of the sets should've been visible 'til today.

It didn't seem relevant to indicate that the items (that weren't supposed to be visible at the time) were going to be made available for both Platinum and Tokens since the other items were done in this fashion - but I'll take note and ensure that future stuff indicates the relevant currencies.
