Web Client Version Infinite Load.

Hello, I have a small problem, entering the game as usual (web version from PC) a message came out saying to reload the page because there was a new version of the client, reload and I have more than 20 minutes in infinite load at 99%. I already reloaded the page several times and it stays at 99%

Any problem with the client? Or some maintenance?

What does it say if anything in the js console? What browser and os? Does forcing a refresh make any difference? (ctrl-f5 in most browsers).

A message appeared saying: "Not in the console, but in the part where the Play button is given."
"Update there is a new version available", like when there is a new version of the client.

I use Opera GX, Windows 10 Pro.

Can try use that command.

Please open the console in whatever opera's dev tools are, and see what it says there when you reload, if anything.

I'll install opera and see if it works for me, but you might try a different browser in the meantime.

Unfortunately, it works fine for me in opera, so whatever the problem is, it's not just the browser.

Looks like for opera, it's O -> developer -> developer tools, then hit the console tab to see the console.

I do see some problems related to audio, but that shouldn't prevent getting past loading.

I disabled the game audio in the options.

At the least, I'll look into why there are audio errors in opera, but unfortunately that doesn't explain not finishing loading. In the meantime you might try Firefox or Chrome.

@Futumsh I think I will fix it, delete the cookies and data from the site. I pass the loading screen and now I am downloading the game from 0.

I was having the same problem with the opera gx

I was just having same problem with Chrome. How do I delete data file, etc. or whatever to get it to work? It worked yesterday with no problems.

Nvm. Clearing browsing data worked. Also, using incognito window works too.

The audio errors in opera should be fixed if you refresh, though I think they probably were not related to the loading issue.

Deleting Cookies and data from the site worked for me, I was able to enter the game without problems (the audio does not work by the way). Thanks @Futumsh for the support.

Ctrl-f5 might do it. If not, possibly ... -> more tools -> clear browsing data, possible things to check would be 'cookies and other site data' and 'hosted app data'.
