Re-introduction of Reinforced Gems and Tarlok Gems

Dear reader,

Introduction
I have been thinking about this, but during cap 41 reinforced gems and wisdom gems were a hype and very loved among players. Maybe it is in idea to reintroduce this.

For example: normally a reinforced gem adds a bit less of the primary stat than a normal gem at that level.

Explanation
So if a normal jewel adds +9 int a reinforced would add 6/7 int + 25-35 armor.

For the tarlok gem, maybe it is an idea that they add 66% and 33% of the regular gem quantity. I mean, if a regular gem adds +9 dex. A wisdom gem would add for example +6 dex and + 3 int.

From each tarlok jewel there would be 6 variants, this so a player can choose either they want to add str, dex or int.

How to obtain these?
The gems can be farmed in Old maps, or can be obtained by tokens. E.g Planar Fragments or Elite Arena Master Chests, of course these levels will be updated to the current lv76 mobs.

How does the gem will be computed?
The gems exists out of a regular and an elite version, just like the old ones, normal and grand.
The stats of a normal are approximately 60% of an elite gem.

Example:
Elite reinforced gem at a level 50 item, adds +6 dex + 30 armor
Regular reinforced gem at a level 50 item, adds + 4 dex + 20 armor

Advantages
Me, myself, think it is a good way in order to play some old maps and bring them back to life.
Also, it will be easier to make our character the stats we want to give them and make it balanced.
It is available for everyone and might be a good solution to help people gain better stats, to compete with the rest

Disadvantages
Bigger deviation among players

if it will be just exchange 33%main stat to 33%secondary - you can do it by putting other type of jewels or just respec and put points to other stat. should be more than 66% and 33%.
-grand tarlok at 46 lvl gives 5main and 3secondary instead of 7main stat by regular gem (its 71% and 42%)
-regular tarlok at 46 lvl gives 3main and 2secondary instead of 4main by regular gem (its 75% and 50%)

Why not awake jewels!
U can awake a jewel and slot it in an equipment just like slotting a pre-stat gem/jewel we use now.

This will make them more money as well it will give more dynamic.

And also v can list that awake jewels in auc pricing on better awakes.

Better release raririties of gem like common to arcane.
Where the rarity gradient signifies the number of awakening a gem can hold.

And maybe make farming fragments to upgrade a common to next epic till reaching arcane.
These fragments should drop in all maps.more with difficulty.

I feel: bringing something new than old is better.
