Just as it's said '/team' does not work anymore in CTF
When using this feature the message goes to global chat

Bumping it up because it's really important for CTF gameplay
I know you guys are busy with DL and content updates, but this issue seems like a syntax error in code (it was working fine before the 'unannounced' update) - maybe it's not that hard to fix?

Can you please provide a screen shot of the error that you are receiving . I'm currently unable to re-produce the problem (team chat appears to be working fine for me.)

i'm sorry for clumsy report.. just stopped seing my cursor when uploaded pics.. so no comments between them...
but on the other hand - these are the steps themselves, so maybe no comments needed really..
by the way, JSL, using this opportunity i want to ask you to shorten "/team" command to just "/t" - it would really help us to save time (and time means much in CTF)...
Can you kindly do it??

Have you tried having someone join the same color as you.
I'm not seeing on your screenshots that you actually have a "team" maybe it doesn't work unless you do.

OK. I replicated your issue. As a team. Its not working at all. Tried two devices...
Odd huh. I'll try again to replicate w/a full game. :-)
* edit. I was doing it wrong. It works fine.

You mean the opposite team does not see your messages?
Because in EVERY game i join the opposite guys see mine and i see theirs
Am i cursed or something? Lol! Coz i really love ctf

/t has a purpose already, it is short for /tell.
for example: /t flashbackflip Hi

It's a pity though as /t is more useful in pvp rather than in conversation.. Imo
You will need to type /team in order to get team chat to work. I tested this on live, yesterday, and /team chat works.
So, /team hey there!
Otherwise, you will talk to everyone.

Thank you, JSL, i know this.. As you can see fom screenshots i use this command.
The problem is not only MY teammates see it, but the OTHER team too.. And vice versa
As you can see at screens:
2 ppl joined CTF: me and Vintage. I chose red side and he chose blue one
I use /team and type '/team chat test'
My buble goes 'chat test'
I ask Vintage 'have u seen my message?' - he replies 'yes, i've seen it'
I ask Vin to type anything in his team chat using '/type' command
He does it - and i see it
I can not say my team mates dont see my messages - they do, but so does the enemy..
So it appears 'team chat' works as 'global chat', which is useless fo covert operations.
Thanx again for paying attention to this matter and sorry if i was unclear at first..

And thank you for taking your time to chill out and make feel comfortable just one paranoic (yep, that's me in this case!))
Now i really feel confident and using team chat our next battle will be won with even more style than usual!!
