For example Avarice belt lvl10 was 30m ish first and now 65m? u kidding me. Why the hell is this thing now times 2 more expensive than it was first?

I believe you took a long break from the game.
It increased due to the spike in gold drops from the new expansion maps as well as a few older.
""Significant gold drops = increased price in highest gold loot attribute providing gear"".
That's what happened during your hibernation.

Prices also go up because merchants hoard them and even force the price up sometimes. Also the gold drops recently have bumped prices up a bit
