Boss double loot elixir (side quest)

I can't turn in this side quest. It says that i only have to talk to the Elixir Vendor Zario for it to be done but it just keeps on directing me to the elixir shop. Can you please take a look at this matter? Highly appreciated! Thank you!

You can only do that quest during the boss loot elixir sale minievent. It should probably be removed when the event ends, but I guess it isn't.
