skratch gun proc , what do u think?

I think gun Is good but i Need know some numbers of the proc DEATH GRIND.
It apply fast chain of dmg and procs frequently .
The damage reduction debuff Is very edfective . Can someone know the Number?
The armor debuff Is kind of bugged , It seems the debuff have no effect on boss, but a strong effect on mobs.
Maybe boss are builded with only hp and no armor so your debuff Is useless?
Can someone know the Number of debuff of armor provided by the gun?
I think that if this thing works correctly u can use It as a good weapon to support party and debuff defenses of stronger mobs or bosses.
Suggestioni below.

Same with Duggar bow, bosses are hp based and amour debuff don't really affect them

Skratch proc does 17 ticks. Chances to proc increases when charged, aswell as targets 3 enemies (applies in pve/pvp).

As my tests go in pvp, it does 20% approx dmg/armor reduction

Thanks a lot for explaination dindt know about the charge . 20 % armor debuff sounds like a joke i thought an arcane Will do 30-50 % off like ollerus maul or drag blades.
