+ Fixed Lupo sometimes not offering his quests when he should.

+ Adjusted ship guild hall leaderboard positioning.
+ Minor adjustments to Beast of the Swamp encounter in Deep Marsh.

Stacking multiple haste buffs gives you less benefit than the sum of their haste%. You can't get to 100% haste for instant skills. This was already true for energize + ebon armor proc + pet haste, just now also applies to anything else.
You get full benefit of them up to 70% total haste, so there are only a few cases this really affects.

Problem with Beast of the swamp. After killing it I could no longer attack and the mushrooms doesn’t spawned so I couldn’t do anything about other bosses than stand there use my pet aa... Is it bug or am I suddenly become useless rog with nothing but looks? [emoji28][emoji33][emoji33][emoji33][emoji33]

Its simple futums mean is regardless how much we use proc haste or pet to stack for instant skill cd they have limit it to 70%haste or example is like this ebon armor proc.. got 50% haste combine skull axe got 50%haste but in then end it will never reach 100% but instead will be limited to become 70%

No, that's not what it means. The first 70% total of haste buffs gives you 70% haste. You still get a benefit from more haste after 70%, but the gains are reduced, and you can never get to 100%. This is already how it worked for energize + ebon armor proc, just this extends the diminishing returns to all haste rather than specific cases.

Just a bug, will get fixed. The shrooms should hang around and/or continue to spawn if anyone still has the debuff.

but what i said no instant cooldown skill anymore is the same as u say never 100%haste anymore just a bit stray haha^^

Lb should've been reset as well. I am a war and preparing the set to use to go on Solo Elite Valley gates. But now that haste can't go on 100% it is never fair for those who had LB earlier with the 100% haste.
