I enjoy playing this app but I'm having severe server issues. I constantly keep getting booted and disconnected. The issue stems from your servers. PL never gave me a problem why is this app giving one. I spent money on platinum and all and now I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I can use Wi-Fi and 4g yet nothing changes. I'm livid about this situation.

When you have problems like this all you can do is restart your device and this is supposed to take ping problems away, maybe the same for disconnections. I use wifi and I don't normally have disconnections. Try resetting your router and have a clean restart. If all fails, email support.

Ive tried all of that even deleting the app and re-installing. I guess Ill just email support. Im out of solutions for this.
