This Process has 2x confirmation before u get that quest its your own fault for accepting it , its rebalancing from templar to apostle you lose ur rank and need to consume 100x apostle elix and craft rebalancing amulet then u can start the quest for apostle

This quest is to change from Luminous Templar to Dark Apostle, or vice-versa. I suggest you to look at AL guides, and search for the Somberholt guide, maybe there is something explained about it there. So you can choose whether it is worth it to do the quest or not.
