Beast of the swamp

Hi Sts i am having a trouble with beast of swamp debuff, when he died i was not able to attack and the 2 things who remove that debuff was not spawning,my pt killed ursoth and no one thing spawned so i killed my self to remova that pls look into it

It's fixed for tomorrow's update.
