Hi! I feel like Heroic Blacklight is so underpowered compared to other pets. so i thought if you could reduce its ability's CD from 25 secs to 15 secs then we can make use of its 20% ms bonus and +20 all stats. I do believe this wont do any imbalance in the game but just justify it's "heroic" value. thank you! :D
