So there are alot of people who dont know many things. I will make a guide for every single of your needs, at my best. First i ask that you use the search function to see if theres already a guide on it so i dont have to waste my time making a guide thats already made. Will Make a list of guides i made underneath so if this thread gets far, you can check the list instead of going through every single post to see if someone already asked. (:

If it's HTC, you need a new OS. They automatiically drop the signal at -88db, rather than the -105db they did pre android 2.3.4. The same "feature" is gone in Android 4+. Just put cyanogen or something on it, if you can't upgrade.

Wish you could uninstall updates. :( I reset phone and it was still 2.3.5... (I kinda regret reset now. :( Spent a lot of time customizing and getting good apps like PL)

Im glad you are trying to be helpful but these type of threas are very time consuming for you. Even mysticaldream and zerious quit on making builds so how are you going to write a full lengthed guide for everyone? Just a thought… Good luck though! :)
