Its all subjective. I wont sell my 3para lepre for 10bil so does it make it the most expensive item in game? Nope

The smarter question to ask is would someone buy your 3para lepre for 10billion? definitely not. Its rare, but not desirable nor practical.

Can it be replicated? yes.

Again its subjective. Yeti is definitely less rare and definitely less practical and for me less desirable.

More importantly if someone did offer 10b like a madman would i sell? No.

Subjective

SubjectivePut it this way, subjective and objective price methods exist In AL as it is in real life.

Subjective pricing are for entities owned by the richest. Things like Ghost golem, Criers.. These won't have fixed or estimated values since they have the control in supply, no competitors. Hence why rarity is correlated.

And Objective pricing, when factors such as competitors play a role. This is when entities are rightfully priced, agreed by the general population where items fluctuate relatively.

If your item falls under objective pricing method, then you simply cannot sell 'X' item for whatever gold you want since there are competitors. If you are not selling, that doesn't mean its subjective, but that just proves my point as no one would buy it, since there are more of them, hence objective (fixed or within a range).

Compare that to an entity under subjective pricing, if player doesn't sell, either offers keep rising (making it subjective) or player states price (still subjective)

Learn the difference...

Point is if prices are all subjective to you, you would either sell everything u own for 10billion, or haven't sold a single thing since no one would buy it. If you did, thats surely influenced by the auction or town prices which are objective hence my point still stands.
