so my queestion is is there a difference between one item that has 15% ms awake and one that has 10% and 5% awake ?
cause if u add 15% to 100 ms is 115% ms but if u add 10% first and then 5% of 110ms thats more than 115% ms or do u add all awakes of one item together before u calculate

It's all the %age of base stats whatever it is. Dex, armor hp or ms. base ms is 100%. It's the same

They're added and then applied, so no, there's no difference between a 5% and a 10% awake, and only a 15% awake.
