Hey Kiwihawk.
Looks like Skel has given you the email address.
Also take a look at my recent post which covers why reporting is important, and doesn't cause anyone unnecessary hassle.
Finally, it might be a good idea to consider editing out the images in your initial post. Naming a shaming generally only adds badly. It might seems like your being helpful but having seen many many similar posts it general ends in some sort of disaster of another.
The general guidelines for dealing with this sort of behaviour is to ignore the player, interacting with them just incourages them. If needed mute them. Report them using top either the report button or via email. And then get on with enjoying your gaming experience.
Nice catch, we don't need people like this in game.
STS, please can you start adding some of these swearing shortcuts to the automute database. Thanks.

The problem with a blacklist (that automutes) is it just trains those who wish to offend to find new ways around the filter. In the past I've worked on kids games with very restrictive blacklists and they can still find a way to swear. At the end of the day we appreciate people reporting such abuse so we can deal with the root cause, the abusive user. Thanks!
