It happens sometimes to me too, not sure why. Usually I just go to another zone then go back to Outpost and it works.

Klaas & Kalas had an argument the other day.
So they're not in the mood to bless us with glorious flounder or horton eggs.
And due to this issue, konafez the president of arlor has rectified an open letter to apologize to klaas in order for us all to be spared from his wrath.

Lol. More like Klaas has gone on strike because he's scared of Kona and his cake weapon.
The wrath of Kona is not a pretty sight...icing, marzipan and sprinkles everywhere.
