So at times I'm bored and start pressing all over the screen and at time I get this

And how do I do It again?

I also noticed that it's in the same order as the skills on the skill tab.

I have gotten that, figure it was a glitch. Unfortunately it doesn't let you hit the skill more then once ...

I've had this several times but never got a screenshot. It always went back to normal quickly. I have never been able to pinpoint any cause either.

I got this once a couple weeks ago. if I can remember correctly, I believe that's how the skills used to layed out in the beginning, unless I'm dreaming or something...

Keep the spell-book closed, spam the hot-bar spells, then open the skill-book quickly.

That normally gets the glitch going.

It's a bug, fixed in 1.3 - the old full screen skill page open button is hiding behind the 1 column / all columns skill toggle button.

I found once in town, if you open the spell book, close it, then click on the bottom corner of it, it sometimes works...

I've played around with it, so when it came up it's stayed there, I took SS and clicked on a skill and left.
But I think if I don't do anything it'll stay...no?
