Yes and No. I think aura is visible only when Mishi attacks mobs, bosses, and players. It is a blue circle.

heroic sam / heroic mishi heals more and give more mana more than normal arc ones

Fuzanglong has a blue aura. Idk about difference in passive, should be the same you'd think
