I know some peeps who got lucky, I know some peeps who did not get lucky. That's the balance of luck.
Good luck! during the last couple hours of event, you might drop what you have been looking for.
The world doesn't revolve around 1 person. You being unlucky with drops doesn't mean that droprate has been nerfed. Keep running and eventually you will loot what you are looking for.
