Dropping elite gold runner chest in new map

This thing would be a great help to all jewel farmer like me. Because the price of jewel elixir in each jewel class is not balance to crafted jewels.

It makes perfect sense to have them drop in Elite Vardan zones, but I think that would make all lower elites even worse for farming, so I'll go with a -1 on this one.

Just add it with decreased droprate, other elites will retain some value
