Could you please recommend some affordable eq for my 45lvl pure-dex bird? I am no Rockefeller, can put about 100-150k on the table, so Isis gear is out of my range for now (I think).
Or maybe I should just farm with my 35/40lvl gear until I can buy the best of the best?

Horus is in your budget and can be a very good basis for a build. Max crit rating, good dodge rating, you can get away with minimal skill usage and still be effective. Personally, I like having full horus and full Thoth set and switch in-between big boss battles to recharge my mana.
Andwhat would be a decent price to buy it?

Depends if you only want the lvl 40 stuff which is only lacking in armor and probably like 5-10k for each piece

True and if you're going dex Horus then armor isn't your concern and you'll be kiting anyway. You would still get the +6 crit per piece and the little bit you give up in attack is made up by the fact that you will be critting 80% of the time.
