Master switch for House items

Hello developers..
I have a idea.. I have many frogs.. which I do like to turn the bubbles on from time to time.. it takes awhile with 370 frogs..
My idea is.. a master switch either in House settings or a HUD tab which turns all furnishings on in 1 click..

Bumping.. I would like my lights and fireplace to stay on but not the party light bar. Some items should stay interactive for guests.. like Magic Mug and Cursed tome.
