Good day, I'm planning to create a new account (Not character), and I'm having second thoughts about whether I should give some of my gold to that new account. My question is, am I prone to being banned if ever I do that even though it also mine?

No, you can transfer your own items across your own accounts as many times as you wish.

You only risk being scammed if you ask someone else to transfer your stuff.
