My attempt at hitting 1000

while powerlvling dawn a few minutes ago i believe i crit hit 900 something while using damage pots. so im wondering if i respec pure str for damage and wear horus? for crit while using damage pots will it be possible for me to hit 1000

also if anyone has any horus gear i can use/borrow it would be appriciated

Dex will actually give you more damage than Str will (by a lot actually), and higher crit as well. Then equip a Scarab bow, and give it a shot. I've heard you can hit 1000, but never seen it.

well im using my pally so no bowbut im using the plat 2h sword that buffed had 214 damage

what has low armor and lots of health because after soloing ao2 lvl 3 and hitting many low 800s with a max of 831 i dont think they have over 900 health or they have 900. i did 1hit kill a few of em

Still, you're better off with 142 Str and the rest in Dex than full Str because Dex raises your damage faster ;)

Probably mage bosses like the ones on maps 2 and 5. Maybe even try the Int bosses and minibosses in AO1.

Edit: come to think of it why not try even lower level Int or even Dex bosses. They should still have plenty of health, and also lower armor.
