Tested skratch gun again in both pvp and pve modes.
I have some feedback about this:
1)Proc rate pattern of lv 76 arcanes seems like, High proc rate : daggers, axe,
Low proc rate : shield, bow, staff and also the gun.
Seem that the gun should have the high proc rate instead the current, because the proc also affect 1 target only. Charged attack have just slightly better chance to proc so it result in same proc rate/second.
2) numbers of debuff proc.
Damage reduction seem affect target damage and lower them in effective way, (I'm curious on the number)
But the armor reduction is very hard to understand. I didn't noticed a difference or a debuff of boss armor, those targets have only hp? Should be better in that case turn the debuff of armor in an increase of damage taken to suit good for both mobs and bosses.
3) the leech proc provided by the gun.
In the description aren't mentioned a leech effect but when the proc is active u gain hp.
Is that a bug or its intentional?
Also I noticed that works in an uncontrolled way, in pve on weak target it heals u with 5000 hp each tick but in pvp or against a high armor one this value is like 30. So it result in a 300 heal or 50000! Shouldn t be better if leech be capped on top and bottom.
For example lower regen tick 200 and a max of 500?
There is a mith on the charged attack, it have better rate of proc but it don't hit 3 targets on all my tests. Anyone experienced a 3 target proc on charged hit? maybe its a bug?
I hope this will be taken as a positive fedback I knew that is hard to balance a weapon with so complex proc effects.
I hope some other people release some feedback, and maybe some support reply to clarify some misunderstood.
