How do u register a team or squad 4 the pvp tournaments?

You must create a team using this link: http://www.spacetimestudios.com/competitions.php?do=addteam
Once created you will have a link provided for your team. You can send that link to the other people you want to join your team.
Once the team is created you have to wait for a tournament to start, and the host of the tournament will provide a link for you to join. I don't think there are any tournaments for teams currently accepting teams.
