Guys how to get guild furniture? Do they jst come out when u have specific members or the guilds gathered APS? How to get them? Without buying

The only way you get guild furniture without buying them is if another guild member has opened a furniture, for example a hot tub, that hot tub will become available to the master to place it in the guild hall as long as the owner of the hot tub is still in the guild.
If the hot tub owner leaves the guild, it disappears from the guild hall.
