Are all the items from the 2 quests tradeable or not?
If yes, which one of each list is best?

Items are not tradeable. As to which one is the best... it's a matter of opinion. I would say the ones you can or plan to actually use.
In my biased opinion, the best 2H weapon is the Iceberg Longsword. Best 1h weapon would be the ice wand (mainly because instead of a wand, it's a talon ((still works like a wand))).
