Max level respec bug?

Not so sure if this ones a bug but everytime i respec my skill set to zero and didn't allocate all of my skill points, clicking my avatar icon on the top left corner would just always direct me to my skill tab and only left with an "X" button and an unspent skill points like i was supposed to allocate all of them before going into a battle. Is this intended as it is that you cannot visit other tabs (i.e inventory, avatar, store) than "skills" when you have unspent skill points at max level? @Futumsh please clear my mind with this one. Your response would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Just tap to the right of the portrait instead of directly on the up arrow if you don't want to go to that screen.
