honor pvp preview thread on forums show arc arie AA to be 15% HEALTH LEECH

but preview of ursoth thread shows arc arie AA to be 20% HEALTH LEECH....

It's always been 15%, just the text was incorrect early on (adjusting the description was missed when the AA was changed during prerelease balancing).
