double plat offers not working

good day, i have issue about plat offers, it says double plat offers and i tried two today, but i only got the original amount not double, please look into it thanks.

Contact the offer provider. We have exactly NOTHING to do with it. You are told this every time you open offers. Maybe read it before you do them.
